About the Role

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Director, EMEA, will lead the development and execution of Bullhorn’s demand generation strategy across the UK&I and Mainland Europe. This leader will be responsible for designing and delivering regionally relevant, full-funnel, multi-channel programs that reflect local market dynamics while aligning with global priorities. They will manage a team of field marketers focused on executing targeted, account-based marketing initiatives in close partnership with sales and marketing leadership, and will also oversee the EMEA business development team, responsible for outbound prospecting and lead qualification—key contributors to Bullhorn’s ABM and pipeline acceleration efforts.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, culturally attuned self-starter who thrives in cross-functional collaboration, excels at localisation, and is laser-focused on driving measurable pipeline growth across diverse European markets.

A typical day will include:

  • Developing and executing against go-to-market plans for UK, Ireland, and Mainland Europe (DACH and Benelux specifically) markets, adapting global strategies to align with regional requirements

  • Design and launch localised, multi-channel demand generation programs that generate demand in each target segment, aligning campaigns with Bullhorn’s global value propositions

  • Implement world-class standard operating procedures for demand generation, field marketing, and business development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a regional demand generation team, fostering collaboration across a hybrid work culture and partnering closely with global centres of excellence 

  • Build strategic relationships with local influencers, recruitment associations, and industry bodies across the UK&I and European markets to amplify Bullhorn’s presence, support field marketing initiatives, and strengthen regional brand equity

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and global marketing counterparts to align on pipeline goals, lead flow optimisation, territory-specific messaging, and integrated programs that accelerate in-market sales cycles

  • Ensure data-driven decision-making through analysing campaign performance in the region, using tools like marketing automation, CRM, and regional analytics platforms

This role is a fit for you if:

  • You have 10+ years in a demand generation/field marketing/campaigns role, and 4+ years in a leadership position

  • You’ve managed marketing professionals across a variety of disciplines (events, web, digital, marketing operations, campaign management, lead generation)

  • You’ve worked in companies with a multi-product go-to-market strategy and experience

  • You have hands-on experience building and scaling a regional brand presence and comprehensive demand generation strategy across EMEA

  • You thrive in a fast-paced setting, working on multiple projects simultaneously, successfully bringing them from conception to completion

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and track marketing performance via key metrics

  • You have a proven track record operating in industry-leading software/SaaS environments (experience in the recruiting/staffing industry is a plus)
