We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.

At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.

The team:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing person dedicated to our consumer services business unit (payment & transaction services). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the crypto and digital assets landscape, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in this space. As a key member of our Communications team, the individual will play a critical role in driving awareness, adoption, and engagement for our consumer products, at times including hardware wallets, mobile apps, and other digital asset management solutions.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and creative Consumer Services Marketing Director to lead marketing for Ledger Live and its growing suite of services—including payments, CL Card (Visa debit), swaps, staking, on/off-ramps, and more. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, growth, and brand strategy, with occasional focus on Ledger Signer launches and integration points. You will shape the narrative of how millions of people use Ledger every day to own and manage their digital value.

As a senior member of our Marketing & Communications team, you will play a critical role in accelerating awareness, adoption, and engagement for Ledger’s consumer services worldwide.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies for Ledger Live services (payments, CL Card, swaps, staking, on/off-ramps, etc.), ensuring adoption and long-term engagement

  • Define positioning and messaging for consumer services, and ensure alignment across product, design, growth, and communications

  • Drive service integration with Ledger Signer devices, helping articulate Ledger’s ecosystem story (hardware + services = the most trusted self-custody)

  • Lead cross-functional launch planning with product, design, engineering, and regional teams for new service rollouts and feature updates

  • Conduct and synthesize market research (customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory context) to inform strategy and sharpen differentiation

  • Create compelling storytelling and assets: web, app store, video, product explainers, campaigns, CRM flows, and more

  • Partner with performance marketing to design and optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns across channels (paid, CRM, lifecycle, referral, affiliate)

  • Own KPIs and dashboards to track growth, engagement, and ROI; drive a culture of test-and-learn to improve funnel performance

  • Establish thought leadership by cultivating relationships with partners, influencers, and industry voices in the Bitcoin and digital asset ecosystem

  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and measurable impact

What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer product marketing, ideally in fintech, payments, or digital assets

  • Proven track record of building and scaling go-to-market strategies for consumer services (transactional or financial)

  • Deep understanding of blockchain, Bitcoin, and digital asset services (staking, swaps, on/off-ramps, debit cards)

  • Demonstrated success in growing engagement and retention within an app-driven consumer ecosystem

  • Analytical and data-driven, with strong ability to translate insights into strategy and action

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts

  • Leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional projects

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in fast-paced environments, with strong execution bias

  • Bonus: global marketing experience, especially in regulated markets (U.S., EU, APAC).
