Schrödinger, a leader in computational chemistry software and services for preclinical drug discovery, is seeking an ambitious, highly driven, and goal-oriented Marketing Development Representative (Events) to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.
As a member of our Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in delivering Schrödinger’s webinar series (Product Solution Briefings, PSBs), coordinating participation in conferences and trade shows, and partnering with Sales and Marketing to support invitation strategy and lead routing. This hybrid role combines hands-on event operations with targeted outreach and lead management to help ensure strong attendance, high-quality engagement, and timely follow-up.

What you’ll do:
- Support planning and delivery of virtual and in-person events, including scheduling, conducting dry runs, and managing live operations
- Manage event inventory and shipments from the New York office, ensuring the timely delivery of promotional materials, speaker kits, and resources across all event formats
- Support the end-to-end lead process for marketing events, from cleaning inbound lead lists to tracking post-event reporting
- Ensure identification and capturing of target accounts during marketing events
- Maintain accurate campaign data in Salesforce and other platforms to ensure proper attribution and tracking for all event activities
- Maintain event documentation and track timelines to proactively escalate risks to deadlines or registration trends
What you should have:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline
- One to two years in field marketing (experience in a scientific software environment is preferred)
- Capability to travel 15-25% of the time
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds
