  • Ensure timely execution of demand generation programs.
  • Execute integrated campaigns including email, paid media, SEO/SEM, webinars, and events.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting high-value accounts.
  • Support the lead lifecycle from acquisition to conversion using marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, 6Sense and Salesloft).
  • Under the guidance of the EMEA Marketing Director, partner with sales to ensure lead quality and follow-up processes are optimised.
  • In collaboration with our Marketing Operations team, conduct A/B testing and continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data.
  • Track program performance according to established KPIs.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to your manager, the EMEA Marketing Director, on demand generation programs’ effectiveness.
  • Execute a variety of events including webinars, virtual product launches, customer success events, trade shows, and user conferences.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align event strategy with business goals and customer needs.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics: venue sourcing, vendor coordination and cost management, equipment and visuals, registration process, staff attendance, guide book for staff, speaker prep, and post-event follow-up (debrief calls, event summary, final cost consolidation).
  • Execute event promotion: email campaigns, landing pages, social media, and paid ads.
  • Track and report on event performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.

 Who we are looking for:

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B demand generation and event planning in a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with ABM, integrated campaigns and events.
  • Experience with driving pipeline growth through the execution of digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense Salesloft).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Creative and highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint; knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and project management software such as Asana is a plus.
  • Education/Licenses: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
