The Marketing Data Analyst will play a central role in supporting the EMEA marketing team by focusing on core business and performance metrics. This position requires a balance of technical expertise and strong communication skills to effectively measure, analyze, and communicate performance insights. The ability to present technical information in a clear, non-technical manner is crucial for driving key marketing decisions.
What You’ll Do

Ensure the highest data quality with zero errors

Understand and visualize marketing and sales funnels, including demand modeling and lead/pipeline forecasting

Pull, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights for improving customer experience

Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams on data analysis, and provide training on reporting tools

Identify and implement opportunities to streamline data gathering processes and enhance reporting efficiency
-
Develop, maintain, and communicate a suite of dashboards, BI applications, and standardized reports within the Martech stack to track key marketing performance indicators against departmental objectives
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of relevant professional experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and retention tracking, ideally with a background in SaaS

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant career experience and expertise
