The Marketing Coordinator will manage diverse marketing projects, coordinate events and campaigns, maintain digital platforms, and improve workflows while liaising with stakeholders.
We’re looking for a hands-on marketing all-rounder to join the Sharpsmart team. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives on keeping projects moving, and can balance creativity with strong organisation. You’ll work across campaigns, events, digital platforms and day-to-day marketing operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly and on brand.
If you’re someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate confidently with different stakeholders, and bring a practical “figure it out” mindset, we can support you in building out the technical side.
This role will be based from our Kent office minimum3 days per week.
Your role will involve
- Support the coordination and delivery of marketing projects across the Sharpsmart brand
- Assist with project scoping, timelines and stakeholder management
- Work with Finance on purchase orders, invoices and budget tracking
- Help identify and coordinate relevant events and trade shows
- Manage UK marketing stock, uniforms and print requirements
- Coordinate event delivery including logistics, collateral and follow-up
- Support website updates and project timelines with internal and external teams
- Maintain and improve workflows within Wrike, ensuring visibility and accountability
- Coordinate marketing meetings, agendas and follow-ups
- Support photoshoots and content production where needed
- Create and maintain marketing processes, SOPs and documentation
- Assist with AI and emerging technology initiatives
- Manage print suppliers and pricing updates
- Maintain Google Business Profiles and other listings
- Support website hosting and platform coordination
- Assist with marketing tools and system management
- Manage user access across marketing platforms
- Conduct social listening and support content insights for the brand
Digital & Platform Support
Experience required
- At least 2 years’ experience in marketing or a related field
- Experience with social media management and campaign coordination
- Event coordination experience
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
- Comfortable taking initiative and improving processes
- Experience with SEO (on-page or technical)
- WordPress CMS knowledge
- Experience coordinating photo or video shoots
- Writing or content creation skills
- Basic design capability within brand guidelines
- Experience building or engaging online communities
