Scope:
The Marketing Coordinator for 500 Eurasia will be responsible for executing and managing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, foster the startup community, and drive high-quality applications for the program. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution skills and a collaborative approach to ensure the success of marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and build the startup community in the EECCA region.
  • Create and manage content strategies, calendars, and materials aligned with brand messaging and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize marketing initiatives and deliverables.
  • Build and execute targeted email campaigns, leveraging analytics to improve performance.
  • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Oversee website content and functionality to ensure an engaging user experience aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate event marketing efforts to maximize attendance, engagement, and impact.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage PR activities, including press releases, to ensure effective communication and alignment with timelines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in email marketing, social media, and campaign build out. 
  • 2+ years experience in event marketing and coordination. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Fluency in English both written and spoken is required.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, including content creation, social media, email campaigns, and event promotion.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices for lead generation and audience engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and manage content calendars, including leveraging events for promotional materials.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating events, such as masterclasses and networking sessions, with cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, and Adobe Suite for marketing and design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills to craft narratives that align with brand guidelines and highlight program impact.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and KPIs to analyze campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with external agencies and internal teams to align marketing strategies and achieve objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable and proactive mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
