Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will provide key support to UK & Ireland Marketing initiatives and assist in delivering marketing initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support Junior Marketing Manager in executing all marketing activities

  • Mirroring Carhartt WIPs global marketing plan in the UK/IR market

  • Development, production and support of B2B & B2C marketing.

  • Organise and handle logistics of seasonal seeding and bespoke gifting orders

  • Manage showroom samples for shoots and manage model castings and fittings

  • Work together with Retail Manager to recognise local marketing needs, conception and activation of new concepts to help promote the UK stores.

  • Support wholesale customers with marketing activities.

  • Support and manage production and logistics of local campaign and seasonal photoshoots.

  • Support with managing local social media channels.

  • Produce editorial work for Carhartt WIPs UK social media channels.

  • Event production, from concept to completion, including special releases, anniversary events, store events, music events / festivals etc.

  • Managing artwork proposals, Basecamp, copy requests, and building decks for relevant projects.

  • Manage all monthly reporting processes and newsroom mailouts with guidance from Marketing Manager.

  • Manage seasonal OOH site bookings, consistently researching new opportunities for campaign visibility.

  • Site visits to Carhartt WIP retail stores, wholesale customers, venues, collaborative partners and any other location required at any time through the UK.

Your Profile

  • Experience and understanding of marketing principles

  • Teamwork, planning, commercial awareness

  • Numerical skills

  • Excellent knowledge of computer software- MS-Office / KeyNote

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and online applications including social media platforms and associated programmes

  • High level of self-organization, communication, multitasking and improvisation

  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

  • Good knowledge, deep connection and understanding of fashion, music, skate, art and sub-cultures
