Zayo Europe seeks a creative and skilled Content Manager to lead our content creation efforts. This role will focus on developing engaging, high-quality content to support our brand presence, thought leadership, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop content across various formats, including presentations, product collateral, customer case studies, thought leadership pieces, and other Zayo Europe-branded materials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, and Marketing) to create assets aligned with our brand vision and New Logo initiatives.

  • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to brand messaging.

  • Regularly update and maintain content libraries for ease of access across departments.

  • Monitor content performance metrics to optimise future content strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content creation, preferably in the telecom, technology, or B2B sectors.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in content management systems, Microsoft Office, and creative software (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

  • Regularly update and maintain content libraries for ease of access across departments.

  • Monitor content performance metrics to optimise future content strategies.
