We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our Motion Services division. You will lead and execute all division-related marketing and communications activities for the assigned region, ensuring strong regional activation of the global strategy.
This role covers campaign activation, demand generation, product launches, PR, events, digital communication, and internal communications.

Location

This role is open globally, but location is set in North Europe with a preference for Sweden and UK. The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary marketing & communications advisor to regional leadership and collaborate closely with global teams, business stakeholders, and the Marketing and Communications Centers of Expertise (CoEs: Digital, Marketing Technology and Events).
  • Lead and execute marketing and communications activities in alignment with the global division strategy, while adapting initiatives to the needs and realities of the region. Coordinate with CoEs for tactical execution, asset development, translations, digital channel activation, web needs, etc.
  • Plan, execute, and coordinate campaign activations, demand generation activities, and division-related product launches for the region, adapting global content and messaging for local relevance where needed, ensuring consistent application of brand. 
  • Manage division-related PR activities with a focus on trade media, ensuring alignment with business area and global messaging.
  • Plan and oversee division-related events, tradeshows, webinars, and customer engagement activities for the region.
  • Support leadership with division internal communications for the region, including announcements and other key initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and communications activities.

Qualifications for the role

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in B2B environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing multicultural, multi-country teams.
  • Hands-on execution ability combined with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with both local and global leaders.
  • Experience in brand management, demand generation, digital channels, and media relations.
  • Analytical skills to measure performance and optimize activities.
  • Fluent English; other regional languages an advantage.
