Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Communications Executive to support and grow our brand presence through compelling content and campaign execution.

This role sits at the heart of our Marketing team and plays a vital role in producing high-quality content across channels – from blog posts and email campaigns to event assets and social media. You'll be a go-to person for delivering marketing content and operational support across the team, working closely with our Content Lead, Digital Marketing Strategist, and Events Manager.

It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn from experienced marketers, develop their creative and strategic skills, and contribute meaningfully to a fast-growing business.

Here’s what you will be responsible for:

  • Creating content across our digital channels – blogs, ebooks, guides, case studies, email campaigns, videos, and the LinkedIn feed.
  • Supporting the execution of landing pages and website updates in line with strategy.
  • Collaborating with the Events Manager to produce webinar, community, and events content.
  • Supporting campaign execution across HubSpot – including reporting, automation, and email workflows.
  • Helping deliver marketing and campaign reports using analytics tools.
  • Taking briefs from senior marketing team members and translating them into impactful, on-brand content.
  • Managing multiple content projects at once, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

Must-haves to be successful in this role:

  • Strong copywriting – Confident writer with the ability to produce clear, engaging content in our brand tone of voice.
  • Project management & communication – Able to take briefs, prioritise work, and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Creative eye – You care about storytelling and design, and know how to make content feel fresh and high quality.

Nobody can do everything but here’s a few related things we’re interested in:

  • System experience – Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, or CMS editors.
  • Analytical mindset – Comfortable with spreadsheets, performance metrics, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with tools like Semrush, Google Analytics, Elementor, Notion, Asana, Slack.

  • Be pioneers – We are leaders not followers – bold, ambitious and can-do. We don’t start with what’s possible, we start with what we want to achieve, then ask ‘what has to be true’?
  • Move fast – This is our moment to make our mark on the world. So we work to ambitious deadlines, launch fast and iterate, always streamline, and remain decisive amid huge uncertainty.
  • Value learning – We are all learning, always. We take time to explain, even if it’s quicker to do it ourselves.
