Marketing Co-ordinator

Location: Hybrid - 1 day per week (minimum) in the MK office plus attendance at events when necessary

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and support the smooth delivery of day-to-day activity across administration, inbox management, social media, events, job postings and CRM data management in HubSpot.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing and monitoring all inboxes, including social media and reviews.
  2. Supporting internal and external events, ensuring stand materials, sales assets and merch is available, packed, and shipped/taken to the event on time (attendance required for some events)
  3. Manage the costs and inventory associated with events and merch
  4. Manage our job postings and application process
  5. Keeping our CRM (HubSpot) data clean and provide reporting/analysis as/when required

Essential Requirements:

  1. Enthusiastic and proactive self-starter with a willingness to learn
  2. Highly organised with a good attention to detail
  3. Within commuting distance of Milton Keynes Head office 
  4. Good understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint, excel and word

Desirable:

  1. Background in Healthcare and/or Recruitment
  2. Experience in Events organisation/ HubSpot/ CRM solutions and Job boards
