Job Description

This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in our Milton Keynes or London office at least 2 days a week.

As the UK’s largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.

Designed from scratch for the internet, our network is greener, more reliable and ready for the future. The products we provide over it not only lead the market on speed, value and service, they help businesses to innovate, provide entire communities with a better foundation for their digital lives and support economic growth, locally and nationally.

What does that mean for you? The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people!

Joining us as a Marketing Campaigns Manager

You will drive brand growth by leading marketing campaign executions, managing end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging data to optimise performance, and collaborating with key partners like TalkTalk and Vodafone.

You’ll receive a competitive salary, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Coordinate with agencies, manage budgets, and contribute to brand development in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Handle day-to-day budget responsibilities, including raising POs, tracking expenses, and improving cost efficiency while coordinating internal approvals and compliance
  • Use insights and tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud to improve CPA and campaign impact
  • Support in the end to end delivery of campaigns from brief to execution in market to evaluation

What you’ll bring to the role

With proven expertise in end-to-end marketing campaign delivery, strong agency management skills, and a performance-driven mindset, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our brand growth and delivering measurable results. You’ll also have:

  • Strong agency management skills
  • A performance-driven focus with knowledge of marketing metrics
  • Background in a similar marketing manager position
