  • Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and results
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Requirements
    • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS environment
    • HubSpot proficiency is non-negotiable – you should be comfortable building campaigns, landing pages, and workflows
    • Proven experience managing and promoting events and webinars end-to-end
    • Comfortable writing content that turns technical features into meaningful customer outcomes
    • Strong content writing abilities for emails, blogs, and campaign materials
    • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and deliver results
    • Experience with LinkedIn advertising and digital marketing campaigns
  • The Right Personality:
    • Self-starter - Autonomous, resourceful, and proactive — you’ll take ownership and make things happen
    • Growth mindset – always looking to learn and improve
    • Analytical mindset – able to read campaign data and translate it into performance insight
    • Confident communicator who can present ideas and collaborate effectively
    • Flexible and adaptable – comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
    • Results-driven with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality
  • Bonus Points For:
    • EHS industry exposure or interest in workplace safety
    • Experience with industry bodies or third-party organizations
    • PPC campaign management experience
Benefits
