Marketing Campaign Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Campaign Manager to drive the planning, delivery and execution of impactful, integrated marketing campaigns that bring our brand vision to life.

About the Role

As our Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll oversee the full campaign management process - ensuring every project is delivered smoothly, effectively and in alignment with our strategic objectives. Working closely with teams across the Brand Experience division, you’ll manage briefs, timelines, budgets and agency relationships while supporting the development of a Campaign Executive. This is a highly collaborative role where your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain operational excellence will be key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management and delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Oversee the Marketing Brief Pipeline and maintain clear timelines, dependencies and communication across all stakeholders.
  • Review campaign briefs to ensure clarity, completeness, KPI alignment and readiness for senior approval.
  • Own BED Campaign Planning Meetings, ensuring teams are aligned on objectives, priorities and delivery expectations.
  • Manage relationships with creative and media agencies, reviewing paid media plans to ensure they meet campaign requirements.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

About You

You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can bring structure, creativity and strong stakeholder management to a diverse range of projects. You will be someone who naturally builds relationships, stays calm under pressure and brings a solutions-focused mindset to complex challenges. You’ll also be confident managing junior team members and passionate about helping others grow. With excellent organisation skills and a sharp eye for detail, you’ll balance multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery across all campaigns.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in campaign or project management within a marketing team or agency.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel campaign delivery and communication tools.
  • Experience working with creative and media agencies to build productive partnerships.
