Location: We offer a Hybrid/Remote working policy. 

The preference is to hire this role in Cape Town, South Africa. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign management:
    • Design, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns using Pardot.
    • Develop and manage automated nurture programs, including drip campaigns, for both new business and existing customers.
    • Support sales teams by creating targeted email nurture journeys and aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives.
    • Collaborate with product and vertical marketing teams to build and execute launch campaigns for new products and services.
    • Plan and implement pre- and post-event email campaigns to maximise engagement and lead generation.

    Technical expertise:

    • Build and maintain dynamic lists, segmentation strategies, and custom workflows in Pardot.
    • Ensure Pardot and Salesforce integration is functioning optimally for seamless lead flow and reporting.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaign execution or data integration.
    • Maintain clean and accurate data within Pardot and Salesforce through regular hygiene and process improvements.

    Reporting and analysis:

    • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to improve ROI.
    • Generate reports and dashboards in Pardot and Salesforce to track campaign effectiveness and lead progression.
    • Provide detailed analysis of key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
    • Use data to identify trends and recommend enhancements to marketing strategies.

    Collaboration:

    • Partner with RevOps and sales teams to ensure qualified leads are routed appropriately and within SLA.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment between campaigns and business objectives.
    • Train and support team members on Pardot best practices to ensure consistent campaign quality.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, with a focus on Pardot.
  • Proven track record of executing and optimising successful B2B email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is highly preferred.

Technical skills:

  • Expertise in Pardot: Strong understanding of automation rules, segmentation, A/B testing, and email deliverability.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including reporting and lead management workflows.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email customisation is a plus.
  • Experience with marketing and sales tools like Sales Navigator, Calendly, and prospecting platforms (e.g., Cognism, TAMI) is advantageous.

Analytical skills:

  • Strong ability to interpret and analyse campaign data to derive actionable insights.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards in Pardot and Salesforce to present campaign performance and pipeline contribution.

Soft skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset and eagerness to innovate.
