About the role
Working across multiple business units and regions, this position focuses on delivering targeted and personalised marketing campaigns through audience segmentation, campaign execution, quality assurance, and performance analysis. Operating within a hybrid model that combines self-serve enablement with hands-on campaign delivery, the role ensures consistent standards and collaboration across the global marketing organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Build, execute, and manage integrated campaign workflows including audience segments using the marketing technology stack, including Eloqua, BrightTALK, Terminus, and Salesforce.
- Build basic webpages and landing pages to host Morningstar reports, guides via ContentStack.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks across all email campaigns prior to activation and any related tier 1 troubleshooting for campaign errors.
- Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date contact database, following best practices for regional data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM).
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency across regions and business units.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including Demand Generation, Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics, and IT, to ensure seamless delivery of lifecycle campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 2+ year of experience in marketing automation and/or CRM management.
- Experience with marketing automation tools is required (e.g., Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Communication (verbal and written) skills, analytical, problem solving and teamwork skills.
- Self-starter and committed to driving operational excellence.
- Attention to detail, process-improvement mindset.
