Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting marketing processes within our martech stack, including lead routing, building segmentation lists, building emails, auditing 3rd party integrations, list importing, and supporting database hygiene. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools, has a knack for data analysis, and thrives in a dynamic, creative problem-solving environment.

What will you do?

  • Own lead routing rules and maintain automation that supports the lead lifecycle (capture, qualification, handoff)
  • Build and manage dynamic audience & suppression lists for marketing campaigns
  • Build emails using standardized templates in Pardot
  • Devise and execute A/B and multivariate testing across subject lines, layout, time + frequency, audience segmentation, etc.
  • List imports & tool management
  • Assist the Marketing Operations team with administration and technical support for Pardot/Salesforce and associated integrations
  • Proactively identify & recommend process improvements in the lead lifecycle
  • Document marketing operations processes for internal/external audiences
  • Manage marketable database health: hygiene, normalization, subscription management
  • Actively participate in cross-functional sessions that require Marketing Operations expertise

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience with hands on use of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Prior experience in a B2B software company is a plus.
