About the Role

As a Marketing Associate at Tandem health, you will support Tandem’s growth in a fast moving and high potential market (UK), with a strong focus on language quality, localisation, and reliable campaign execution.

You will support how Tandem is experienced in the UK across product, marketing, and go to market activities, ensuring clarity, consistency, and credibility in all local touch-points.

This is an early career role, suited for someone at the beginning of their marketing journey, potentially straight from university. It is ideal for a curious, detail oriented individual who is motivated to learn quickly and grow within a high performing team.

What you will do
Copy & localisation
  • Write, adapt, and refine high-quality copy for the UK market across product, marketing, CRM, paid ads, and landing pages

  • Ensure all local content feels clear, accurate, and aligned with the overall Tandem narrative

  • Support localisation of new features, pages, and launches for the UK market

  • Maintain consistency in tone of voice and linguistic quality across all touch-points

Marketing support & execution
  • Support local campaigns across acquisition, content, and lifecycle marketing

  • Help localise assets for paid, organic, CRM, and sales enablement channels

  • Contribute ideas to improve activation, engagement, and adoption

Events, launches & market activation
  • Lead local execution of product launches, partnerships, PR moments, and events

  • Adapt central narratives and campaigns to the UK market with strong local judgment

  • Support the UK Commercial team with relevant assets, case studies, and proof points

  • Own field marketing initiatives including conferences, roundtables, and targeted events

Cross-functional collaboration & learning
  • Work closely with central Marketing, Growth, Product, and Sales teams

  • Act as the UK Marketing point of contact internally

  • Share insights on language, messaging, and user feedback from the UK market

What You Bring
  • Professional-level English writing skills and fluency in spoken English

  • Experience in marketing, communications, content, or related fields (including internships, student projects, or freelance work)

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn fast

  • A proactive, positive, and collaborative mindset

Location

We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based in our London office where you will work primarily in order to collaborate, connect, and build our culture. Travel is expected locally to meet customers, and regular trips to Stockholm to meet the full team are also a requirement. The role will report to our Marketing Director located in Sweden.
