We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our Europe, Middle East and Africa Marketing team. Your role will involve helping to shape a growing and successful ERM and a sustainable future.

In this role, you will work closely with the EMEA Marketing Director, the wider team based across the region, and ERM’s global marketing and communications function in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns designed to drive ERM’s growth priorities and achieve our commercial objectives. You’ll be a creative, proactive, and hands-on colleague that wants to build bridges between our consultants’ expertise and our clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling event proposals including budget and KPI targets, manage delivery of sponsorship activities, webinars and other ERM events

  • Develop and manage relationships with relevant internal stakeholders such as the regional industry lead, other marketing colleagues, account and commercial partners to help develop and implement campaigns, support best practice, and alignment of marketing to business priorities

  • Support effectively integrated digital marketing campaigns utilising social media, CRM (Salesforce) and mail delivery tools, aligning to our regional programme of events and landmark content

  • Manage development of campaign-related marketing materials such as digital assets, printed materials and exhibition graphics

  • Work alongside colleagues across the marketing, design, communications and thought-leadership teams to maximise impact of your campaigns

  • Use initiative to research relevant emerging topics in support of key industry and topical objectives

  • Seek opportunities to propose and deliver campaign, process, and outcome improvements

  • Communicate successes and insights to relevant stakeholders and report outcomes and effectiveness of campaigns through agreed structures.

Candidate profile

  • Relevant marketing experience (ideally B2B and including event management and digital marketing)

  • A university degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field

  • Comfortable working as part of an international remote team

  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written, editorial experience desirable)

  • Other European language skills a distinct advantage

  • Ability to communicate effectively across stakeholder groups

  • Well-organised with demonstrable project management skills

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, can demonstrate quick thinking, flexibility and ability to prioritize

  • Creative and highly motivated with a great eye for detail

  • Experience with webinar creation and management (e.g. Zoom) and digital marketing tools (e.g. CRM, email marketing, social media)

  • An interest in sustainability, the low carbon economy transition, ESG issues
