What You'll Do
The Marketing Assistant will play a broad role in supporting across brand, social media, and product development teams. This position will be responsible for supporting sales & marketing efforts where directed working across our key EMEA regions.
How you will contribute:

  • Support significant initiatives, new item launches, sending out samples for retailer & PR partners
  • Work closely with agencies and distribution partners to provide assets and samples as requested
  • Support product training sessions, managing presentations, showcasing products and displays
  • Support the management of all European social media accounts
  • Plan social media content calendars and liaise with USA PR & Social Team to get sign off.
  • Ability to use Illustrator / Photoshop to help create social media assets and ad hoc marketing requests.
  • Guardian of all social content to ensure its consistently ` on brand`
  • Keep up to date with market trends and competitor analysis, ensuring we are using the most effective methods and approaches when using social media
  • Manage the monthly reporting of social media performance
  • Support of distributor relationships to ensure they have all social assets required on time and can locate them easily
  • Regular meeting with European PR agencies to communicate products launches
  • Copywriting for social media posts
  • Community Management
  • Manage the budget tracking for all social activity
  • Build relationships cross functionality with Sales, E-commerce and Marketing
  • Other duties may be assigned


You will have:

  • Strong organisation skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
  • High energy, action-orientated contributor who is self-motivated
  • High attention to detail
  • A digital native with an active social media presence and passion for brands
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok & LinkedIn
  • European language skills would be advantageous
  • Good communication skills - need to be able to work well as a team and on own initiative
  • Good knowledge of all Microsoft office applications - Excel / Word /PowerPoint
  • Photoshop skills are essential
  • 3 days a week in our Harrogate office (Tues, Wed, Thurs)
