Job Summary:

Location: London, UK - 3 days per week in the office

Division: Ticketmaster UK

Line Manager: Head of Marketing

Contract Terms: Permanent, Full-Time

THE JOB

As part of the Genre Marketing you will be working on some of the biggest UK tours, events and productions across the UK live entertainment industry. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for providing marketing support to the Marketing Managers, assisting with announcements, onsales and day to day marketing tasks. The team look after some of the biggest clients across Music, Sport, Arts, Theatre and Family. 

Ticketmaster, part of Live Nation Entertainment is the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, ecommerce and artist management. Live Nation seeks to innovate and enhance the live entertainment experience for artists and fans: before, during and after the show.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Work with the Marketing Managers to implement marketing campaigns for all events.
  • CRM
    • Manage and deliver content for emails
    • Build audiences for email marketing campaigns.
  • Social - Execute social media schedule
  • Maintain and update Ticketmaster’s marketing activity database.
  • Artist Page Management:
    • Maintain and update artists page
    • Manage how ancillary revenue opportunities are displayed on artist pages
    • Managing artist and events assets and how they are displayed across the site and marketing channels
  • Assist with the maintenance of other Ticketmaster sites (Universe, Ticketweb)
  • Undertake any other relevant duties which fall under the general scope of the marketing role.
  • Analytics
    • Assist with compiling insights and pulling reports from GA
    • Manage customer and client data requests

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS)

  • Graduate calibre, ideally with a professional marketing qualification is preferred but not essential
  • Proven marketing experience, ideally within live entertainment or the wider media industry
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software packages to a competent standard.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of consumer analysis tools such as Google Analytics
  • CRM and knowledge of Salesforce would be preferential

You may have experience in the following roles:

  • CRM Executive
  • Marketing Executive
  • Marketing Assistant

YOU (BEHAVIOURAL REQUIREMENTS)

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal).
  • Proactive and highly organised, with the ability to project manage various tasks to tight deadlines. 
  • Able to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • A passion for live entertainment.
