AWAL’s UK Marketing Assistant is the vital force that keeps our artist campaigns running smoothly. In this dynamic role, you'll provide crucial administrative support, manage campaign assets, and help coordinate artist events while gaining invaluable music industry experience. Success means being the organised backbone that empowers our marketing team to deliver exceptional results for our artists.

This role requires you to be able to work in our King's Cross office 4 days a week Monday - Thursday Friday will be WFH.

What you'll do:
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external marketing meetings, handling all logistical arrangements
  • Process invoices and maintain administrative systems including the weekly radio monitor registry
  • Take comprehensive meeting notes and track action points from marketing discussions
  • Manage campaign assets and organize digital libraries across all platforms and internal systems
  • Support artist events and promo by coordinating guest lists, making travel arrangements, and taking care of  on-site logistics
  • Support the marketing team with data analysis and research
  • Support the marketing team in liaising with external promotion teams and agencies to ensure the smooth running of our artist campaigns
