About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven marketing professional to enable advanced analytics and AI-powered decision making across EMEA Marketing.

This role bridges technical analytics expertise with practical marketing application, transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive growth. You will play a key role in building predictive models, developing dashboards, and enabling data-driven strategies across the Cochlear portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of AI-powered marketing capabilities, including predictive models and automated insights

  • Design and manage Growth KPI dashboards to provide real-time performance visibility

  • Develop predictive models to forecast market trends, customer behaviour, and growth opportunities

  • Analyse customer data and generate segmentation insights to support targeted marketing strategies

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business decision-making

  • Support marketing teams with data-driven recommendations to optimise performance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into marketing strategies

  • Drive data storytelling and visualization to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders

About You

  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or AI-related roles

  • Strong experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or similar)

  • Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate insights into action

  • Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders

  • Comfortable working across a matrix organisation and collaborating with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B industries

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and martech ecosystems

  • Experience with AI and machine learning applications in marketing

  • Experience working across EMEA markets

  • Additional European language skills are an advantage

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel across EMEA as required
