The Impact:
As a Marketing Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance while driving insights and optimization recommendations
- Build and establish measurement frameworks that translate campaign performance into quantifiable business impact
- Translate complex business questions into problems that can be solved through data to drive growth and profitability
- Build and enhance interactive reports to empower business stakeholders
- Utilize industry best practices to visualize data in a way that allows quick and easy insight
- Deliver concise, clear, and actionable presentations to decision-makers
- Communicate data in a storytelling format, engaging your audience and imploring them to act
- Collaborate with sales & distribution partners on analytics projects to identify growth opportunities and drive activity
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of analytics experience
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with SQL (including writing complex queries), R, Alteryx, or similar tools
- 3+ years of experience developing in Tableau or other similar data visualization tools
The Ideal Qualifications
- 3+ years of financial services experience
- Familiarity and experience with B2B distribution
- Experience with marketing measurement strategies & ROI calculations
- Experienced in web data analytics and measurement
- Fast learner and a strong problem solver; ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders and across cross-functional work groups
- Strong written & oral communication, and collaboration skills that enable clear and concise communication tailored to various audience levels
