Sitting at the intersection of marketing operations and applied AI, you'll design and maintain the intelligent workflows that power content, campaigns, and lead management across our global brands, Optitex and NedGraphics, while keeping HubSpot humming as a single, trusted source of truth.
The payoff: a marketing team that spends less time on busywork and far more on the creative, high-impact decisions that move the business.
Key Responsibilities
AI Workflows for Marketing
- Architect, manage, and scale AI workflows that supercharge content creation, campaign execution, and sales enablement, such as drafting assistants, content repurposing pipelines, and lead-scoring agents.

- Evaluate and weave cutting-edge AI tools and agents into our marketing stack.
- Craft and fine-tune prompts, set smart guardrails, and document workflows so the whole team can run with them confidently and consistently.
- Safeguard output quality, accuracy, and brand consistency, continuously tuning workflows as the technology and our needs evolve.
HubSpot CRM Management
- Take full ownership of HubSpot day to day, using AI to streamline and automate contact properties, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, workflows, email campaigns, and reporting.
- Partner with the Operations team and external partners to build AI SDR agents that scale our qualification process and outreach.
- Harness AI to build and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver crystal-clear visibility into pipeline, campaign performance, and the marketing KPIs that matter.
- Connect HubSpot seamlessly with our marketing and AI tools, keeping data clean, structured, and well governed.
- Document CRM processes so teams across every region run from one consistent playbook.
Collaboration
- Partner closely with marketing, operations, sales, and product teams to turn ideas into results.
- Drive projects to the finish line on time, with clear, consistent communication across every stakeholder.
