Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll lead our Market Street craft teams with pride. You'll bring a "sleeves rolled up" attitude to make sure our counters are fully stocked, our foodmaker credentials shine, and our shoppers get the very best service.


In this role, you’ll be on hand to:


  • Put customers first: Inspire your team to deliver outstanding service, listening to customer feedback and making sure Market Street is always vibrant and well-stocked.  
  • Lead and develop your team: Take real ownership of shift scheduling, training, and talent conversations, giving your colleagues the confidence to succeed and grow.  
  • Build a supportive culture: Work alongside other Managers to lead an encouraging, performance-driven department where people work with purpose.  
  • Keep operations running smoothly: Plan resources thoroughly, manage department budgets, and build strong relationships with other operating teams across the store.
