You can expect to:

  • Previous experience in partnerships, account management, or any customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations in various formats.
  • A curious and scrappy mindset with an eagerness to proactively identify new tactics & approaches to source, engage and close successful leads.

  • Clear and positive communicator, both verbally and in writing, with an authentic voice.
  • Passionate about Airbnb’s mission to create belonging and economic opportunity for hosts.
  • Familiarity with social platforms (Facebook Groups, Reddit, Nextdoor) for community engagement and lead generation.
