Lead development of the company's European regional finance function: optimize processes, ensure compliance (tax, treasury), support budgeting and globalization, provide financial analysis and recommendations, and promote automation of financial systems.

Requirements
- Participate in the construction of company's overseas regional financial support system. Continued to optimize Europe’s financial processes, identified and controlled risk points, established/improved corresponding financial policy/procedures and promoting the automation and systematization of financial processes.
- Support local compliance in Europe, including but not limited to compliance reporting, taxation, treasury and other related compliance and risk control matter.
- Participate in the preparation and execution of budgeting of international business, support of the company's globalization strategy rollout in Europe; Participate in European business discussions and provide forward-looking financial support for business operations and back-office teams;
- Summarize, analyze and refining overseas business and financial data, analyze and evaluate the business operation status, key projects middle/back-office resources utilisaion, provide financial advice and assist business decisions. Design and establish our international business financial analysis framework.
Requirements
- Personal qualities: honest, tenacity, diligence, strong team spirit also a self-starter, able to deliver under tight deadline between conflicting priorities
- Clear and logical thinker, strong execution and communication skills
- MNC company regional finance system, process development and optimization experience is preferred
- Big 4 accounting firms and overseas study and working experience
- Fluent in English and native mandarin level
- CPA, ACCA, top business school MBA is an added advantage
- This role requires certain degree of overseas/regional travel
