  • Lead strategic client relationships, proposition development, business growth, and thought leadership within Capco's Regulatory Reporting capability.

  • Experience using reporting technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve reporting effectiveness, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, develop strategic client relationships, lead consulting teams, and deliver large-scale transformation programmes.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with industry platforms such as DTCC, UnaVista, Regnology, SteelEye, or similar regulatory reporting solutions.
  • Expertise in data lineage, reporting traceability, schema design, and enterprise data management.
  • Experience delivering RegTech, AI-enabled reporting, or real-time regulatory reporting transformation initiatives.
  • Contributions to regulatory consultations, industry working groups, or transaction reporting policy development.
  • Demonstrated success developing consulting propositions, mentoring high-performing teams, and driving sales and business development.
