Role Overview:

We are hiring a procurement leader to help strengthen the procurement function, manage client facing opportunities, and scale the next generation of AI-enabled procurement solutions. This role sits at the intersection of procurement, product development, and client engagement, applying deep domain expertise to shape how our solutions perform in real-world environments.

The ideal candidate is a European based senior procurement practitioner with strong commercial judgment, global experience, and a track record of working across complex, cross-functional environments. This person will partner directly with the CPO to drive procurement strategy, support client deals, and design agentic AI solutions that transform the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.

This role is highly hands-on and operates with significant autonomy. The person in this role will lead vendor and client negotiations, manage complex deal processes, support sales and client engagement efforts, and work closely with product and engineering teams to build scalable procurement capabilities. Success requires comfort operating in ambiguity, strong executive presence, and the ability to translate real-world procurement challenges into impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement strategy and execution, including vendor negotiations, commercial structuring, and contract lifecycle management
  • Exercise strong judgment and autonomy in negotiating agreements, redlining contracts, and aligning commercial terms to business objectives
  • Manage and execute client RFP and RFI processes end-to-end, including coordination across deal teams, client interaction, and submission delivery
  • Serve as a central partner in deal execution collaborating on client contracts with internal stakeholders
  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to design and develop agentic AI solutions that enable the full procurement lifecycle
  • Translate real-world procurement challenges into scalable product capabilities that drive client value and operational efficiency
  • Support product sales efforts by participating in client demos, shaping solution narratives, and engaging directly with prospective customers
  • Engage with clients and partners to understand requirements, refine solutions, and ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer needs
  • Support vendor onboarding activities by managing and responding to client questionnaires and due diligence requests
  • Own cross-functional workstreams and help prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and strategic direction

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology procurement, with strong exposure to global procurement, vendor management, and commercial negotiations
  • Experience in Big 4 or similarly rigorous and fast-paced environments preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working across procurement, commercial, and client-facing functions
  • Proven track record of supporting or leading complex deal processes, including RFPs, RFIs, and contract negotiations
  • Experience operating in ambiguous, high-growth, or rapidly evolving environments
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and clients, including presenting solutions and leading discussions

Skills & Capabilities:

  • Strong commercial and contractual judgment with the ability to balance risk and business objectives in a fast paced and rapidly scaling environment
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in agile, unstructured environments
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to work hands-on across multiple domains, including procurement execution, deal support, and product development
  • Technology-forward mindset with a willingness to work closely with product and engineering teams (no coding required)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomes in complex environments
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and team collaboration

Benefits

Competitive Compensation: Tailored to your experience and skill set.
Flexible Work Arrangements: Hybrid working model for work-life balance.
Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and leadership roles.
Innovative Culture: Work on transformative technologies and make an impact in the AI space.
