  • Defining performance indicators and effective management mechanisms.
  • Engaging stakeholders and embedding the adoption of new ways of working.

What Will Make You Successful

You are able to:

  • Structure and solve complex business and technology challenges.
  • Turn insights into practical, actionable recommendations.
  • Produce executive-level analyses and deliverables.
  • Challenge existing practices with sound judgement and pragmatism.
  • Build alignment across multidisciplinary teams and influence without formal authority.
  • Develop trusted, long-term client relationships.
  • Write differentiated proposals aligned with clients’ business and technology priorities.

You have strong experience in several of the following areas:

  • IT Operating Models and Organization Design
  • IT Governance and Transformation
  • IT Service Management and ITIL
  • SRE, Platform Engineering, and DevSecOps

Candidate Profile

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 15 years of experience in IT, including 6 years in a comparable role.
  • Significant experience in management consulting and/or the transformation of a large IT organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • Based in the Paris region, with mobility depending on client assignments.
  • ITIL, SAFe, Cloud, SRE, or DevOps certifications are valued.

Why Join Us?

You will join a team specializing in IT strategy and transformation, working directly with senior IT leaders from major organizations.
