Managing Consultant – Health and Safety/Human Factors
Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking an experienced Human Factors Managing Consultant to join our growing team.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a specialist role within one of the world’s leading sustainability consultancies—where Human Factors and Technical Safety come together in a uniquely integrated offering that stands out in the marketplace.
At ERM, Human Factors isn’t an add‑on. It’s a core capability, delivered by experts with niche skills that are increasingly in demand. Our clients look to us for deep technical insight, industry‑recognised accreditations (including Chartership with CIEHF), and the ability to solve complex challenges across high‑hazard sectors.
Ideal Profile
Strong Human Factors expertise, ideally with oil & gas industry experience
Professional accreditation, with CIEHF Chartership highly desirable
The ability to lead projects, guide clients, and deliver high‑quality technical work
Why Should I Apply?
The chance to work at the forefront of Human Factors and Technical Safety, shaping solutions for major global clients
A supportive environment with exceptional opportunities for professional development
The ability to grow your career within a business where sustainability is a core value, not a slogan
A collaborative culture that values specialist skills and empowers you to make real impact
If you’re ready to take the next step in your Human Factors career and want to be part of a team that is genuinely shaping the future of safe, sustainable operations, we’d love to hear from you.
Join ERM and help deliver a safer, more sustainable world.
