How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead, supervise and motivate a sales team to boost productivity and surpass monthly sales and billing quotas
- Coordinate recruiting, training and ongoing development of sales professionals into a high-performing unit
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and individual reviews to monitor activities and drive account maintenance and acquisition
- Attend sales calls alongside representatives to support customer engagement and strategy
- Provide weekly sales summaries and reports to inform leadership and refine sales approaches
- Assign high-priority customers and develop business with significant long-term potential
- Execute special projects and pursue opportunities for long-term business growth

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Skilled at developing and executing strategic account plans customized for key prospects and customers
- Experienced in supervising teams and managing office procedures
- Ability to organize, implement and maintain sales goals
- Demonstrated history of leadership position/team lead in fast-paced environments requiring teamwork, flexibility, and change management
- Proven organizational development and business skills
- Conversant with technology and networking technologies
- Above-average business analysis skills using MS Office tools and Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, primarily within area of responsibility
- Holds a valid and active state driver's license and maintains safe driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent training, education and experience
Experience
- 5+ years enterprise-level account sales experience in the technology industry selling Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data, and Fiber Services, with a record of success managing assigned territory to achievement and over-achievement of quota
- 3+ years leadership experience in a competitive technology and cable sales environment with strong knowledge of Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data, Fiber Services and Fiber-Connected Networks
