  • Contribute to Enfuse’s capability growth, by building strong relations with all capability groups (Operational Intelligence, Data, Operating Model and Transformation Delivery) and collectively shaping propositions and IP that address T&T clients’ most pressing challenges
  • Support T&T business planning and tracking against set goals
  • Be a brand ambassador for the T&T sector within the Enfuse Group as well as in the wider marketplace.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging senior leaders (Directors, C-suite, Heads of Function).
  • Demonstrable leadership of consulting teams (5+ people).
  • Experience contributing to or leading business development activity, typically up to £500k+ annual revenue
  • Hungry for growth and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • Personable and collaborative conduct, aligned with the culture at the Enfuse Group

  • Ability to understand and express the financial aspects of clients’ business challenges, and of the solutions we present
  • Knowledge of the macro trends within the T&T sector

From day one, you’ll have clear goals, a supportive network, and early opportunities to make an impact. Expect a structured introduction to our ways of working, tools and templates, and the chance to meet colleagues across capabilities quickly. Within your first few weeks, you’ll be embedded into delivery and supported to build relationships with key stakeholders, internally and with clients so you can lead with confidence.
