The Crown Is Yours
As a Manager, Sports Trading, you'll take charge of the trading experience that drives real-time engagement across our sportsbook. You'll lead a team responsible for live pricing, risk decisions, and content uptime across high-velocity sports markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll bring precision, speed, and operational excellence to every second of trading.
What you'll do as a Manager, Sports Trading
  • Lead day-to-day operations of trading across multiple sports, ensuring pricing accuracy, content uptime, and optimal customer experience.
  • Manage and develop a team of traders and team leads, with a focus on performance, scheduling, and growth.
  • Identify market inefficiencies or anomalies in pricing and implement real-time risk adjustments.
  • Collaborate across teams to support tooling enhancements, automation rollouts, and pricing model improvements.
  • Provide feedback to improve trading processes and product features, ensuring alignment with sportsbook goals.
  • Maintain consistent market coverage and delivery across all platforms and partner integrations.
  • Monitor live trading KPIs and produce regular performance updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Represent the trading team in cross-functional discussions, partnering with Analytics, Product, and Customer Experience.
  • You may also take the lead on shaping our e-gaming initiatives from a Trading perspective, with the opportunity to define and evolve future trading-led gaming strategies.

What you'll bring
  • At least 4 years of experience in sports trading, including team leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of live betting mechanics, market creation, and pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel; familiarity with scripting or automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to make fast, high-stakes decisions under pressure.
  • Strong data mindset with the ability to translate insights into operational actions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and major sporting events as required.
