As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead recruitment initiatives across early careers and experienced hire populations, partnering closely with business leaders to attract, engage and secure top talent. 

You'll be part of a collaborative, global and well-established Talent Acquisition team, where ideas are welcomed, initiative is valued and continuous improvement is encouraged. Navigating Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across early careers and experienced hire hiring, ensuring a high-quality and efficient recruitment process.
  • Develop and execute talent attraction strategies to build diverse talent pipelines across EMEA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders, acting as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Promote consistency and excellence across recruitment processes, sharing market intelligence and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the assessment and selection process.
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate assessment centres, recruitment events and interview schedules.
  • Leverage recruitment data, market insights and hiring metrics to drive informed decision-making and workforce planning discussions.
  • Ensure accurate management of candidate and recruitment data within the applicant tracking system and maintain compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and levels.
  • Experience recruiting both early career talent and experienced professionals within a corporate, professional services or agency environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Comfortable working across countries, cultures and business functions within a global environment.
  • Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; experience within professional or financial services is preferred.
  • Experience using an ATS, ideally Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
