Your Mission:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of global consolidated sales analysis for Little Caesars retail businesses. The Manager, Sales Analysis will be responsible for analyzing daily, weekly, period, and annual sales across the franchise businesses (domestic and international) as well as company-owned restaurants. This includes analyzing sales trends, tracking historical sales comparatives, including holiday roll-overs, weather related issues, changes in sales channels, etc. The Manager, Sales Analysis will be responsible for global consolidated sales budgeting and forecasting, in partnership with Global Retail business leaders and other members of the Global Retail Finance team. This role will also lead the financial planning and analysis for the US Marketing Fund.   

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Responsible for ongoing analysis of global consolidated sales, identifying key insights to drive the business. Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and influence senior leaders by presenting analysis and underlying business drivers.
  • Responsible for providing periodic reporting of sales and sales KPIs including, but not limited to: Same restaurant sales; System-wide sales; Product mix trends; Sales channel analysis; Periodic forecasting and annual budgeting of consolidated system-wide and same restaurant sales; Long-term sales trending for multi-year strategic plans.
  • Prepare budgeting and forecasting for US Marketing Fund in collaboration with senior Marketing partners.
  • Prepare pro-forma analysis of various business initiatives as required. 
  • Deliver formal presentations both internally and externally. 
  • Provide support and guidance to senior leadership across the company with the preparation of various presentations including the global business conference presentations.
  • Consult with non-financial business partners, providing sound financial advice and support as requested. 
  • Responsible for managing sales input for any ad hoc analysis. 
  • Partner with BI and Analytics teams on key analysis and automation projects. 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, or business is required.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in a role requiring in-depth experience including financial reporting, utilizing analytical tools, techniques, and financial reporting systems to maximize business performance. 
  • High aptitude for advanced data analysis, identifying trends and data anomalies.  
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to communicate complex issues and problems and highlight pertinent details.  
  • Able to operate at a high-level of critical thinking and problem solving while working cross-functionally with other teams. 
  • Possess intellectual curiosity to understand statistical output to ensure accuracy as well as connection to underlying business activity. 
  • Ability to lead and initiate transformative finance systems and support aligned to company short-term and long-term strategic objectives. 
  • High-level of organization skills with proven ability as a self-starter that can excel with little oversight or direct management. 
  • Strict adherence to reporting schedules and timelines. 
  • Ability to interact directly, with little or no oversight, with cross-functional colleagues and partners, as well as senior leadership.  
  • Must be adept at preparing and delivering written communications, verbal communications, and formal presentations. 
  • Thorough familiarity, at an advanced level, with the use of Microsoft Excel and Power Point. 
  • Demonstrated teamwork approach to achieve results and drive positive change. 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent post-graduate degree OR advanced finance or accounting certification such as CFA, CMA, or CPA Restaurant industry experience or retail industry experience preferably with large, multi-national company. 
  • Proficiency with Oracle applications and data warehouse environment.
