Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

In November 2022, Netflix launched an ad-supported tier, enabling the delivery of standard:15 and:30 ads. Since then, we've expanded our suite of advertising solutions and have grown our ad-supported monthly active user count to more than 80 million globally. We are now scaling capabilities that focus on live content, brand integrations, and other opportunities that allow brands to partner with us across an even wider Netflix footprint.

As our Ads program scales, we’re building out a team that will help steward and support our go-to-market strategy, specialising in Planning and Insights within Market Planning and Operations.

This position reports to the Manager of Planning and Insights EMEA and is based in London.

Responsibilities include:

  • Insights and Analytics: Own end-to-end cadence of EMEA business reporting across weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews. Lead ad hoc analysis and deep dives on business areas to support key business objectives.

  • Data Expertise: Serve as a primary contact for data and analytics needs, develop deep expertise in our datasets and reporting / AI tools, and enable teams across the region to effectively use the data.

  • Dashboard Development: Support building and maintenance of regional dashboards and incorporate regional needs into global reporting development.

  • External Reporting: Support finance teams in delivering reporting to clients and agencies across billing, rebates, and accruals.

  • Quarterly Sales Planning Process: Support and lead elements of process leadership and facilitation covering book assignments, territory hierarchy, and bottom-up and top-down quota setting across EMEA.

  • Sales Execution Process Management: Manage the processes that guide our sellers, including CRM / engagement systems and reporting.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5 or more years of experience working on data/reporting and planning needs.

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-informed decision-making, process improvement, and operational support.

  • Proficiency in modelling with expertise in tools like Google Sheets, Tableau, and relevant AI platforms; foundational coding skills and comfort with writing basic code; knowledge of standard BI tools.

  • Effective project management abilities, including managing multiple workflows and deadlines.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical, senior audiences.

  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritise impact (e.g., applying an 80/20 approach where appropriate).

  • Demonstrable experience in contributing to or leading a business planning process, regionally or globally.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance metrics.

  • Experience in advertising and/or advertising-related fields, and/or in Sales Operations teams is beneficial. Familiarity with programmatic advertising, auction dynamics, ad tech, and the streaming ecosystem is a plus.

Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.

We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity builds stronger teams. We approach diversity and inclusion seriously and thoughtfully. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, ancestry, national origin, caste, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, age, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic makeup, marital status, or military service.
