The UK's intercity coach market has been revolutionised of Flixbus. We are now looking to expand our strong, dynamic and ambitious team. To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for a Regional Operations Manager (m/f/d). On that role, you’ll drive the performance of our UK coach network by working directly with bus partners, drivers, and operational stakeholders to ensure reliable, high‑quality service delivery. This role blends hands‑on operational coordination with data‑driven decision‑making to strengthen network resilience and customer experience. Ideal for someone with transport or mobility industry experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, partner‑facing environment.

This position will be based in London.

About the Role

  • Partner Support & Relationship Management: Support the implementation and upholding of Flix standards with bus partners, both onboard the vehicle and within the driving team
  • Operational Coordination & Support: Own and drive operational performance across nominated bus partners, ensuring coach services are delivered reliably, efficiently and to the highest quality standards
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets, deriving and presenting insights about bus partner operational performance
  • Reporting & Performance Planning: Build reports and monitor the quality of our bus partners, driving network quality through a deep understanding of our data and service performance
  • Product & Process Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities in our customer-facing product and build business cases for feature development
  • Onboarding & Training: Support bus partners in their operational staff and driver training, ensuring drivers contribute to a great Flix experience for passengers
  • Customer Experience & Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints, liaising with the Flix customer service team to improve processes and enhance the experience for customers

About You

  • 2–4 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within transport, mobility, logistics or a similarly complex operational setting
  • Proven track record of strong results in a data-analytical role, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across bus partners, local authorities and senior internal stakeholders. English fluency is a must.
  • Proficient in Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite; experience with PowerBI and AI tools beneficial
  • Comfortable learning new operational systems and digital platforms, including Flix systems – Planr, Playstation, OneOps Control
  • Ability to work independently, with a willingness to travel across the UK and attend the London office as required
  • Experience handling operational incidents and delivering excellent customer service 
  • Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth international environment (beneficial)
