The Manager of Recruiting & Onboarding Services ensures robust support to 230,000+ associates of the ADUSA brands, leveraging relationship-building skills and deep knowledge of the U.S. business and recruiting and onboarding. Establishes and maintains insight into brand strategy and leads purposeful discussions to understand successes and challenges/opportunities, influence resource decision-making, sharing best practices, roadmap (or pipeline) solutions, or helping to translate gaps into effective business and technical requirements for solutions to be pursued, and ensuring engagement of the right resources from Business Services, IT, AD Group, SMEs, vendors, and the brands. Advocates for the ADUSA brands in the global arena to meet brand needs and the timely delivery of solutions. Ensures quality and delivery of routine support such as job description library and salary transparency library maintenance, with an eye on continuous improvement, evolution, and innovation of these services.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC ; Quincy, MA; Carlisle, PA; Scarborough, ME; and Hyattsville, MD.

Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand customers and AD Group partners, serving as primary point of contact for U.S. recruiting and onboarding technology needs.
- Understand brand objectives and provide strategic guidance to help achieve their goals through existing technology solutions, serving as a "good steward" for SuccessFactors, and leveraging data, expertise, and roadmap insights to influence product and process decisions.
- Identify technology and process gaps, documenting "pain points" and gathering business requirements; work with business analysts to assess technical requirements, identify potential solutions and/or escalate through U.S. and global priority processes as needed; drive communication and stakeholder collaboration to align product offerings and processes and brand needs.
- Represent and advocate for U.S. brands in AD Group evaluation of priorities, solutions, and vendor engagement.
- Manage vendor relationships for U.S.-specific processes related to recruiting and onboarding (examples: AppVault, Humanly).
- Support recruiting and onboarding escalations and troubleshooting as needed, driving problem resolution and developing knowledge and skills of the shared admin team members.
- Build a community of resources to stay informed about industry trends in HR technology and recruiting and onboarding practices, offer insights into market demands, and ongoing evaluation of existing services and new features/improvements in technology solutions.
- Lead efforts to establish and maintain meaningful reporting; measure outcomes to ensure they are meeting objectives, and to evaluate effectiveness of the solution.
- Build and execute effective and timely communication and change management plans for recruiting and onboarding projects.
- Manages resources to ensure quality and timely delivery of recruiting and onboarding support.
- Leverage data and expertise to make autonomous decisions and provide coaching and guidance to the talent acquisition teams within ADUSA and the brands.
- Promote open communication so that associates understand and are inspired by the company's ambitions and goals, driving increased associate engagement.
- Drive diversity in talent pool/recruiting/succession for HR Services project roles.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience (Masters in human resources, IS, or data/analytics preferred)
- 7+ years of HRBP or HR systems management experience
- 5+ years of experience with consulting or client management, preferably within HR technology or recruiting and onboarding solutions
- Strong ability to build relationships, and partner with and Influence leaders throughout the organization
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and decision making
- Supervisory/leadership skills; ability to effectively lead, influence without authority, motivate and develop others
