As a Quality Manager, you'll be the guardian of this magic, leading a team of 15 talented individuals to ensure our products are second to none.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire: Guide, coach, and motivate your team to deliver their best every day, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Quality oversight: Manage the quality at every stage of our process, from incoming materials to final products, ensuring top standards are consistently met.
• Data-driven insights: Analyze quality data to identify trends, draw insights, and implement impactful improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer service to ensure our products not only meet but exceed expectations.
• Build sustainable systems: Develop and implement robust procedures and systems that guarantee high quality across our facility.
• Share expertise: Collaborate with other VistaPrint facilities to exchange best practices and maintain a unified quality approach.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably with a Quality Management certification.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• A data-driven mindset with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities; Six Sigma experience is a plus.
• The capability to influence, drive change, and advocate for quality across our operations.

VistaPrint is widely known for its business cards, but we print much more than that. From posters and mugs to phone cases and photo gifts, nearly everything is produced at our 31,500 m² European facility in Venlo, where about 650 employees work with cutting-edge machines and technology.
