About the Role:

We are looking for a Programmatic Manager on Tinder, a exciting new client who are looking for multi market activation and strategy. The Programmatic activity is largely on YouTube, bought through DV360, but we will also be looking to execute programmatically via the Tradedesk and scope to include Streaming services, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Spotify. Tinder is a multi market client working across DE, UK, ES and FR.

At the heart of this team will be our Performance media group, housing Programmatic, Search, and Social specialists connected into a wider entertainment-focused group. Our remit cover 27 local-to-local markets across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, and within the OMD EMEA team we are able to activate campaigns across 73 different markets around the world.

This role offers opportunities to work alongside our Paid Social, and broader Performance media specialists within the Tinder account team to create future-focused, award-winning campaigns.​

  • You will need to have hands on experience with setting up, optimising and reporting using multiple DSPs, but especially DV360 and The Trade Desk.
  • You will need to have a solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and publisher offerings.
  • You should have hands on experience troubleshooting multiple campaign elements including PMPs, creative rejections, Brand & Search Lift Studies.
  • You will have an understanding of brand safety/ ad verification tools, such as IAS in terms of implementation, reporting and optimisation.
  • Understand the roles of all relevant tools & systems available.
  • Understand and work towards campaign KPIs.
  • Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills.
  • Campaign execution, optimization, and analysis, with a great eye for detail.
  • Budget monitoring and finance reconciliation on a regular basis
