Title and Summary


Manager - Product Management - Supplier Enablement

As the product manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for Mastercard Supplier Enablement & Activation Service within Global Commercial Solutions. Defines business and technical requirements and work closely with engineering teams to scale and optimize Mastercard Supplier Enablement Services.
Primary responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the B2B Supplier Enablement strategy to grow incremental volume and revenue across B2B product strategy for the Supplier Enablement & Activation Service
• Define, maintain and communicate the product roadmap including the short term and long term vision.
• Work directly with Customers and Account Management teams on day-to-day basis to leverage commercial acceptance assets and partnerships and grow commercial product portfolio.
• Manage analytical dashboards to monitor, manage and report on KPIs of Commercial Acceptance related activities: partner performance, GDV and NR
• Ensure careful and appropriate utilization of Mastercard resources to support the achievement of objectives.
• Collaborate and work with engineering teams to develop the quality product features to improve the customer experience.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and security, while adhering to industry best practices and regulations
• Identity the opportunities and new use cases to build the best in class Commercial Acceptance solutions which provides business value to the customers.
• Act as a product expert and understand the product data flows and its use to develop the innovative analytics solutions.
• Product development: Participate in the end-to-end development lifecycle of data products, from concept to launch, including defining product requirements, user stories, and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Market research: Participate in market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities and threats, and make data-driven decisions regarding product enhancements and new offerings.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to define data product features, resolve technical issues, and drive successful product development.
• Working knowledge of Supplier Enablement, Acquirer processing, workflow management.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree preferred
Knowledge / Experience:
• Working knowledge of B2B, Commercial Acceptance, Supplier Enablement, Acquirer processing, AP, Procurement processes is preferred
• Experience in Financial Services is preferred
• Experience in product management and product development desirable
• Experience in business analysis desirable
Skills/ Abilities:
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills
• Strong analytical skills desirable
• Business Acumen with the ability to provide solutions that drive positive results to the customer and MasterCard
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team.
