About the Role:

This role sits across three client teams, and reports into the Executive Director on SC Johnson, who will work with you to balance workload across the three. You will work closely with the client teams across all three accounts to ensure the client business objectives are met.

The Paid Search Manager is responsible for leading our Paid Search activity across EMEA region. You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class Paid Search strategies and execution, planning and delivering strategies across branding, performance media and ecommerce, and delivering on the client’s business priorities. You will work with the wider teams to define the ways of working for Paid Search, partnering with both the client to deliver their objectives, as well as the wider performance team to drive a holistic approach to performance media.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, a problem-solver, with a proven background in paid search to deliver best service for your clients.

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Let us know if you have any questions about our working pattern as part of your application and interview process.

Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
