Who we are

Attentive is seeking a Mid Market Sales Manager to join our high performing sales organization in the UK! As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing and supporting new and experienced Mid Market Account Executives to ensure that they meet specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This role will also be responsible for both performance management and submitting accurate forecasting. 


This role will report to the Director of Sales, Mid-Market.

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff
  • Directly managing our Mid-Market Account Executive team, selling to medium-sized businesses
  • Attending sales and customer meetings and listen to call recordings in order to coach our account executive team and increase our win-rate
  • 1:1s with direct reports
  • Evolve and enforce multi-product sales process 
  • Drive and motivate the team around the key objectives
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
  • Manage the accuracy of your team’s forecast
  • Work with the Director of Mid Market Sales on improving processes and go-to-market effectiveness 
  • Work collaboratively cross-functionally with SDR, Sales Engineering, Solutions Associate, Implementation, Partnerships, Sales Ops, and CS leadership
  • Work closely with SDR Managers to ensure smooth operations between our Mid Market SDR team and our Mid Market Account Executive team, generating meaningful quality leads
  • Spearhead key change management initiatives that directly impact our top 3 business objectives

About you

  • 4+ years of Enterprise Software sales, experience in MarTech is a plus
  • Experience as a Sales Manager at a fast-growing company is required
  • Extremely comfortable in outside sales meetings and events
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset approach to managing your team and quota 
  • Strong track record of driving results and developing your team
  • Passion for training and development
  • Data oriented leader, looking at trend analysis to measure rep performance.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and continuous improvement environment
  • Ability to work from our Shoreditch office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
