Working across a diverse portfolio of brands including Aqua, Bip, Debenhams, Fluid, John Lewis, Marbles and Pulse, you’ll shape customer-focused strategies that balance commercial ambition with real customer needs. With a strong focus on collaboration and strategic thinking, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our brands, maximising marketing performance, and helping move our customers forward with credit.

How you’ll contribute

  • Shape engaging customer communications, that build confidence and support and encourage responsible use of credit from day one

  • Act as a trusted marketing lead to deliver high-impact, collaborative campaigns

  • Evolve customer across the lifecycle, combining insight, creativity, and innovation to drive feature adoption and elevate how we show up across channels

  • Develop compelling engagement and upgrade strategies that recognise positive behaviours and deepen long-term customer loyalty

  • Champion smarter, more effective marketing delivery by optimising campaigns, channels, and investment based on performance and learning

  • Proven experience in multi-channel marketing campaign planning and execution, as well as developing customer journeys and automated marketing programmes

  • Strong creative marketing skills, and experience in the creative development process, from brief through to asset delivery

  • Ability to demonstrate and report on key metrics and impact from marketing activities

  • Experience of collaborating closely with different teams internally, such as Product, Commercial, Data Analytics, Brand and Legal teams

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

It’s a plus if you also have these skills

  • Industry trends, including following challenger brands within credit, banking and other financial services

  • Copywriting skills, with an individual point of view and perspective on design

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and/or regulated industry

  • Technical knowledge of HTML and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • How to deliver a test & learn roadmap effectively, including through user testing tools such as UserZoom
