Goodwin, the leading law firm serving clients at the busy intersection of capital and innovation, is seeking a Manager, Marketing Technology to manage all European projects and campaigns. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Technology & Operations, this individual is expected to manage consent processes for the UK/EU clients, execute email and website request. As the Marketing Technologist in Europe, this individual will guide the US based Marketing Technology teams on how to configure tools and processes to allow usage in the European markets. Additionally, this individual will work to build processes to complete request from the Goodwin International offices.

What You Will Do:-

  • Own end to end requests coming from the EU markets for invitations, newsletters, alerts, and insights for the web and email channels.
    • Build Email in Email  Marketing System
    • Build Web page in CMS
    • Get approvals on materials created
    • Configure send rules and deploy emails
    • Publish final web materials
  • Build processes to allow UK, EU and Asian offices to leverage  marketing technology stack in compliance with regional laws.
  • Work with the Email Marketing Manager, CRM Manager, and Website Manager on managing consent for email and cookies.
  • Streamline workflow processes with Email Marketing Manager, CRM Manager, and Website Manager for product request in the email and website channels.
  • Develop and maintain a best practices playbook in adherence with regional laws and regulations (i.e., GDPR)

Who You Are:-

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in an digital marketing professional role, preferably in large corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws include GDPR, legal industry regulations in the UK,  European  and Asian regions.
  • Knowledge of proper English grammar, spelling, and language usage, as well as standard business correspondence formatting. Knowledge of French and German preferred.
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent proof reading skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including web-based research and Microsoft Office Suite 2010. 
  • Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to develop and foster successful, working relationships with legal and professional staff while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • HTML knowledge.
  • Basic Adobe Photoshop editing.
  • Working technical knowledge of Email tools such as Marketo or Pardot, and website technology Sitecore or Wordpress.
