Position Overview:
The Integrated Marketing Manager for EMEA is responsible for the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns including the management of campaign channel plans with relevant localization, brand partnerships, influencer and community development, and events film & entertainment. You will also ruthlessly ensure that all artwork is delivered on brand with channel relevancy. Requires regular interaction with cross functional key stakeholders to understand the needs of the business to ensure all activities are amplified 360 to maximize return on marketing investment.
While your role focuses on the EMEA business, you are globally minded and understand the impact your efforts have on our global business.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the localization of global brand campaigns
- 360 amplification of brand content to achieve maximum ROI and reach
- Develop regional brand partnerships
- Drive local F&E experiences working closely with central F&E team and EMEA PR team.
- Analysis and appropriation of brand guidance results and digital analytics to drive decision making in full funnel spend
- Event management of regional BC experiences
- Driving the growth and nurture of local BC community with on-brand messages and activations
- Manage community specialist and ensure strong growth and development of this brand tactic across the regions with on brand content per channel
- Manage the Graphic designer to deliver on time on brand content across all channels
- Manage the Marketing Coordinator to support the team across all projects and admin.
Let's Talk About You:
- Exceptional skills in digital marketing, website management, email marketing, web analytics tools, search, engine marketing (SEM), display media, social media and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience
- Experience working with cross functional teams to deliver creative and content deliverables
- Abreast of the latest digital trends / technology and constantly learning
- 3 years’ experience managing a media program with a retail environment
- Experience with web analytics tools (one or more of GA, Webtrends, Omniture)
- Experience using a CMS and an understanding of the impact they have on SEO
- Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Analytics/BI tools
