Job Description:

About the Role & Team
Disney+ is The Walt Disney Company’s Direct to Consumer video entertainment service.  The service consists of long form and short form video built around six key content brands (Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star) with an appealing and easy to use interface accessed across multiple platforms (e.g. televisions, mobile devices, PCs).

The Disney+ team is responsible for the day to day operation of Disney+ across Europe, Middle East and Africa, with a specific focus on customer acquisition and retention, marketing, partnerships, content programming, research and analytics.

The Manager, Influencer Performance Marketing will play a critical role in accelerating subscriber growth for Disney+ through strategic, results-oriented influencer marketing. Based in London, this role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance-led influencer campaigns with a strong focus on customer acquisition and ROI.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, the Manager will lead the influencer creative strategy and oversee the full operational workflow for UK campaigns — from talent sourcing and contracting to creative development, A/B testing, and performance analysis. They will ensure all influencer content is aligned with brand guidelines, resonates with key audiences, and delivers measurable results.

Beyond the UK, this role also provides strategic guidance and hands-on support to local teams across EMEA, helping to scale influencer marketing efforts efficiently and effectively throughout the region.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep, practical experience in influencer marketing and performance media. They are comfortable working in matrixed organizations, thrive in fast-moving and evolving environments, and combine creative instinct with a sharp analytical mindset.

This is an office-based role with a hybrid setup: four days per week in our Hammersmith, London office, and one day remote.

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do

  • Own and lead the influencer performance marketing strategy for the UK, managing the full lifecycle of campaigns from planning to execution.

  • Source, shortlist, and negotiate with talent, ensuring influencers align with brand values and resonate with key audience segments.
  • Manage campaign workflows including briefing, creative approvals, deliverable timelines, and tracking links.

Creative Development & Campaign Optimization

  • Drive the creative strategy for influencer content in performance campaigns, ensuring it aligns with Disney+ brand guidelines and resonates with audiences.
  • Oversee A/B testing of influencer content and messaging to continually improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and leverage insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Partner with paid media teams to integrate influencer content into broader media plans.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and budget utilization, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement.

Regional Support & Collaboration

  • Serve as a strategic partner to EMEA regional marketing teams (including top-of-funnel Brand, Content and Social marketing) to maximise synergies.
  • Manage the regional influencer creative pipeline, identifying scalable opportunities and championing successful formats and executions with other EMEA markets.
  • Share learnings, tools, and performance benchmarks to enable continuous improvement across markets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Global Growth, Brand & Content Marketing, and TWDC Influencer Marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategies and campaign alignment.
  • Contribute to planning cycles by identifying influencer-led growth opportunities and aligning campaign calendars with broader marketing priorities.
  • Ensure all influencer activities comply with legal, regulatory, and brand standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong & proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience leading influencer marketing programs, ideally focused on performance/acquisition.
  • Proven success managing end-to-end influencer campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong grasp of influencer platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and content optimized for paid performance.
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics (e.g. CPA) and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience managing agencies and/or talent contracts.
  • Skilled at juggling multiple projects in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
